“I'm very glad I went in to this store to get my new phone. I was welcomed by Sam as soon as I walked in, and he took very good care of me while I was there. He was kind, patient, answered all my questions (and if he didn't know the answer, he immediately found it), and was professional, yet casual (such a great balance - I love Oregon!). He walked me through everything at a comfortable pace: the pricing, options, set up of the new phone, etc. He didn't pressure me at any point during my visit. And for someone who's relatively new to the store and this line of work, I dare say he is already a model employee, based on my experience. I'm pleased with my new phone and feel confident and supported going forward should I have any issues or questions with it. I highly recommend you go in and see Sam at the Victra store if you're looking for a new phone. Thank you, Sam!”

“I stopped by while I was on vacation around the Christmas holiday because our services stopped. About a week before, we called T-mobile and tried to make a simple change to our account (well, what should have been a simple change). The person on the phone seemed to help but they messed up 2 different things which resulted in our service not working and a change to our plan. When I stopped in the store, Sean was VERY helpful. In a short period of time, he was able to undo the major problem and get our service back (and I was back to wine tasting with my mom). He warned me that the changes to our plan might not be able to be fix (it was pretty complicated and the system might not allow it) but he would look into it. If the problem was not able to be fixed I was ready to change providers. A little while later, he reached out to let me know that everything was back to normal with our account (this is after I called T-mobile's customer service and they couldn't fix it). Sean was very professional, honest, set the right expectations and went above and beyond. I am so glad I was in the McMinnville area for the holidays (I am from out of state) and that Sean was working. THANK YOU SEAN!!!!”

“Came into Metro to fix my boyfriends phone, he was able to make phone calls but not receive them. Garner and Eli were absolute troupers! Garner was on the phone for at least an hour trying to help us out, they both figured out that the phone was port blocked. Garner and Eli were very helpful, the people on the other line, not so much. We did have to end up getting a new phone number for my boyfriend, but I have to give a shout out to these two guys that work there, they were the best!”
