“My husband and I had a wonderful experience recently with Brandon Bighan at the 1374 Center Drive location. My husband had lost his phone and we had to order a new one. The first one we received (from a third party) was defective. Brandon worked on everything he knew how to do but the phone was bad. We ordered a new phone which arrived in a few days. We went back to see Brandon and he gave great customer service - very knowledgeable too. Got the phone working great and we were able to receive calls for his business again. We think he deserved 10 stars!”

Shon was very helpful, he walked me through all the different options us cellular offers and current deals I could get in on. The interaction was one of the most pleasant phone store interactions I've ever had. Shon was happy to help and got me set up with 2 new lines each with a new phone covered by the current promotion offered by us cellular. He was happy to answer all of my questions as I wanted to be sure I'm not gonna have all the extra BS I get from the previously mentioned provider ? he also walked me through setting up the us cellular app, witch is much simpler then Verizon's app, and helped me sign up for auto pay per my request. Overall I had a great experience and this us cellular location has earned my business.”
