“John did a fantastic job fixing my semi truck. We were stopped on the side of I5 and I couldn’t get it to start. John not only came out on a late night but was extremely professional and was very communicative through the whole process.
The best part about John is even though he is so busy with all his other service calls, he still picked up his phone. Only reason he didn’t pick up the first time is because he was on the phone with another client. I appreciate his patience and willingness to be patient with me in a hard time.

They shuttled me to and from work and the van smelled good and the driver wasn’t a weirdo lol most places have some slob driving a hoop-d. I will be a loyal customer forever. “We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week.
While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!”

“AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care was fantastic. The service was fast and professional. Most importantly, I feel like I can trust them. I went in thinking I needed clutch work, but turns out I had a much less expensive problem they fixed. I have the original clutch at 77,000 miles and they could have convinced me to do the work now, but instead told me my clutch may be good for another 30,000 + miles. I would definitely take my car back to them!”

Since they are factory tires I didn’t think Les Schwab would offer me service but they couldn’t have been kinder. They refused to take my money to patch my tire from somewhere else. I’ll of course be shopping with them when it’s time for new tires- the service can’t be beat.”
