“I live really close to Crown and it is a very convenient place to get a snack or something I need in a pinch. Staff is always friendly. Even though there's been construction right in front of the store on the 99, the business seems to be thriving...that says something. It's a good place to go where you get what you need and are treated nicely!”
“The employees are very nice and helpful, come here regularly. The only thing I’ll say is that there’s something wrong with the coffee machine, iv already mentioned it to them but seemed like it hasn’t been fix for awhile now . It’s always really water down. On both coffee machine, would appreciate if they fix this issue . other than that it’s a great place with stop by for drinks , snacks or essentials.

“For a small town market.. this is perfect! They have everything from produce, to a meat department, and everything in between. Including liquor!!They even had stuff in their store, they we don't have in our local grocery store. Nice surprise!Staff were friendly, aisles were stocked well. It definitely has that small town, family run business feel for sure. Love it!”

“Rachel is my absolute favorite employee at all of the convenient markets in all of southern Oregon. She always makes me laugh, I had foot surgery and she has helped when I couldn’t grab stuff on my own. She has gone above and beyond whenever I need help. I drive from Ashland just to see her because every other store doesn’t offer the customer service she does. She’s always happy and smiling and some days it’s the only thing I look forward to. Rachel is the best.”

“So I have been coming into this place for a long time. I've looked at a lot of the reviews and I understand people's frustrations with how people are right now. What most people don't understand is the frustration of business owners having to hire people that don't have the ability to do the job that you want them to do, but you have to hire them anyway.I am also a business owner and I do understand the complications of hiring people and figuring out how to dismiss them if they're not living up to the company's name.What you don't understand is how to make payroll,and how to figure out how to use people..........”
“This is a good place for either snacks drinks or liquor. They have an entire liquor section in the back that does not permit minors then they have a store section that also offers a good size beer cooler the staff always changes but they are always friendly they accept ebt aswell”

“The reason I gave this place four stars is that there is ants in the fountain drinks. Basically I went there one time to get a fountain drink and I saw ants. I told the man that worked there, I thought everything was okay with the fountain drink by now. Well it wasn't.there was STILL ants in the fountain drink. Maybe it was only Sierra mist I'm not sure. But overall the snacks are good :))”
“I lived around this market for 10 years now and I have never seen a problem with any of these people who work there. The market got everything that I need from drinks, snacks, jerky, donuts, to chips! Like everywhere, don’t be nosy and you’ll be fine! The sketchy people will leave you alone. The reviews that mention not going to the market because of the sketchy people, they just scared and haven’t had their balls dropped.”
“The 7-Eleven convenience store at this location in Medford is a pretty good one. We've been in there a few times, and always gotten what we've needed. The store is reasonably clean, and the employees are fairly friendly. Next time you're in the mood for some energy drinks, chips, beef jerky, lottery tickets etc. Swing on by, cuz you know they're open!”
“I just had the best customer service at the Springbrooke/McAndrews location. Tom (inside the store) went out of his way to give me excellent customer service. I missed getting the male gas attendant name. I think it was Nate. He was very polite and helpful. Both employees asked me if I had my rewards card (Thank you)! “I am surprised to find this place has low reviews as every time I go there the customer service is top tier. When I'm in town I will always use this gas station simply because they have old school good customer service. The gas attendants are kind and conversational. I've been multiple times and this has always been my experience.”
