“I had collision with a big horn sheep in Colorado that did a lot of damage to the right front corner and passenger door and mirror on my Chevy Silverado. I took it to McClinton's to have the repairs done because they had such high ratings. Now I see why their ratings were so high! The folks there are friendly and personable, they do excellent work and are very responsive to questions. They do a great job of keeping you updated on progress. I asked for a few pictures as the process was going and they sent them in a timely fashion. The repairs were done excellently, you would not be bale to tell the truck was ever damaged. I highly recommend McClinton's for collision repair.”

Dan was respectful and honest about costs, and gave me several different thoughts on how I might get home is a less costly way. He even called me back to check on me a couple times, and offered a few more suggestions. Ultimately I didn't need a tow, but if I ever do, Hwy 34 towing will get my business, since Dan helped me figure out of a difficult situation -- at no cost to me, and no earnings for him, except my respect and gratitude.”

“This is a review for sales and service. Sales team was great. The paperwork to buy the car took way longer than expected due to some staff scheduling issues but they were very nice the whole way through it and kept us up to date on the wait. We got the car we wanted and everything was good...just a bit slow that day. The service team is usually great also. We have had a few days where they are behind and an oil change has taken hours or our car taken back way after our appt time but usually they are great and fast and always easy to work with. We have been using them for service for our toyotas for years and only had a few meh experiences. I will say I wish the waiting room for service was a little more kid friendly. It literally says child friendly waiting room but it is an empty silent room with nothing for a kid to do. Our last service my 3 month old and 3 yr old had to come with me. I was getting glares over soft baby babbling and my son asking me questions about cars. I can't even give him a magazine in there to look at as they are all guns and wine. Hoping since Beaverton bought them they add some kid stuff because Beaverton Toyota has an amazing area for parents with kids to wait and it made it awesome when I lived up there. But for Albany even like some color pages and crayons or kids aged books/magazines would make it easier. Because right now it is a very uncomfortable place to wait with kids...lots of glares and nothing to do. We got glares and my kids were perfectly behaved. I can't imagine what a mom with a kid having a bad day or isn't as well behaved would do. Overall it is a great experience but do wish their kid friendly waiting lobby was actually kid friendly. It is just more a place a kid won't get hurt in.”

“The customer service at this auto zone was more than phenomenal! I went in and they helped me find the right oil and ran a diagnostic check right then and there.They explained to me in detail what the diagnostic check had meant and even let me wait inside because it was raining while he put oil in my car! I would definitely recommend this auto zone. They were kind and efficient!”

“Had a long windshield crack. Wanted to try to stabilize it, but one of the people knew that none of the adhesives would help unless the crack got properly drilled. He's probably right-- and saved me some money. 5 stars for the good recommendation, even though it lost them money.”

“I had a great experience here! Compared to Caliber Collision, Gerber got parts in ASAP, did great work, kept me in the know of what was going on, and even had me come in to make sure it looked good before drilling holes (I had new rear aero put on). They even washed and did a nice detail on the car on top of it. Big shout-out to Melissa and Terry for being awesome and really for doing the job right! Gerber is one of the best in the area”

“The engineering team (Rafael and Tammy) were extremely helpful in getting me the replacement wiper motor I needed for my boat. In fact, the manufacturer had the drawing backwards and the engineering team from AM figured out I needed a different one than the manufacturer was stating. Beyond that, the wiper motor that I ordered only worked for a day, then quit. AM was quick to get me a free warranty replacement with expedited shipping. They followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the replacement and that it worked. Awesome people to work with!”

Recently I needed a rather important recall done and made an appointment to have it done. The day didn't go very well, as necessary parts had not been obtained, BUT they really recovered nicely and bent over backwards to get the work done with minimal inconvenience to my wife and I, who essentially full-time and needed our home!
