“After a terrifying experience with a rockslide, I had been unable to get help from AAA or AllState Insurance for towing because it was a weekend and their contracted people were not available. John at Jim's towing not only was available, but showed up with a sense of urgency, got my SUV to the collision repair show and completed the drop off of my keys so that I could get to the airport in time to make a flight home. Not only that, I got in the car for my ride to the airport before getting my receipt and John texted it to me later than day and followed up with a phone call to confirm drop off at the collision shop. “I had my windows tinted here and he did an amazing job on them! He got me in same day and it’s a fair price. However, I don’t like that the owner asks for cash. They claimed that their card reader is broken, but i’ve heard others say they ask for cash as well. He doesn’t give you quote paper with details about the job. So overall I will give a 4 star for the great tint job and fair price, but take a star off due to the sketchy payment system.”
