“Honest. Fast. And Professional.Needed a starter replacement so I took my Jeep Cherokee to the local Jeep dealership. Not only did they charge me an outrageous fee, it took almost a month before they even worked on my car.The starter failed again a day after I got my car back so I brought it to T&S. Stephen had it ready to go two days later and for half of the cost I was charged at the dealership.A costly experience overall but in the end I’m grateful I found this shop. Highly recommended!”

“This is my first time buying a car. I was really worried as I've only heard horrible things about dealerships. However, this experience was amazing! I set up an appointment with Ryan and immediately my anxiety vanished! He allowed us to inspect the car before allowing us to test drive - which was super fast- and once back went into the sale. I didn't feel pressured about buying anything and could tell he was experienced with the services he did recommend. My loan with another bank fell through but was easily fixed with Ryan's help and I was able to drive away with the vehicle within a couple days after my original appointment. The cars they keep in stock are nicely kept and would definitely recommend any friends or family to give this place a try!”

“I have been coming here for a long time to get my oil changed and have been extremely happy with their customer service, especially with Bob, who has always been super kind and helpful. For example, today when I came in, they mentioned that based on my mileage, I actually didn't need an oil change yet. To top it off, because I had been unsuccessful replacing my tail light because I couldn't get a bolt out, I asked them if they had any suggestions. Austin was kind enough to come out and try to get the bolt out and after several tries, we ended up agreeing that cutting off the bolt was the only way to get it out. He then went back into the shop to retrieve a cut off tool and cut off the head of the bolt, which allowed me to replace the taillight. I asked him how much I owed, and he said nothing, even after about 20 minutes of work. I'm extremely happy!”

They knew all the answers to my questions off the top of their head and had answers for questions I hadn't even thought to ask. Their prices are fair and they gave me great advice for my car, it is very obvious they care about their customers and love what they do. I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my subaru! My only complaint is that I can't give more than 5/5 stars!”

“Easy, fast experience! Walk-in only, which kinda thru me off, but I can see how the system works and seems good to me. Car was done in around 1 hr, for about 1/3 less than the other shop I go to.
The woman at the front desk said “have a seat, I’ll write an invoice” and proceeded to get on her phone. When she started mopping, it was clear there was a misunderstanding, so I asked if I was free to leave, or if I was waiting to pay first. She said it was free to leave. Came back an hr later, paid $380 for my Prius tires and got my car. Done”

“Les Schwab in Milwaukie is the best customer serviced based repair shop I've experienced in years. I had a terrible experience with 2 of their other stores; HWY 212 in Clackamas and NE Division St. in Portland. First off, I had an account on HWY 212 and bought $1200.00 in new tires. 2 of them leaked air and went flat every week for months. When I asked them to fix the problem they said my wheels were bad and needed to buy another $1200.00 for new wheels. Out of frustration I called the Milwaukie center, asked them if they would warranty 212's work and they said yes. I immediately transferred my account to them where they fixed the wheel problem by simply cleaning them with the tires off. I haven't had a problem since and it's been 2 years.
Then, last year my daughter had a tire problem on her little car and contacted the Division St. store. They told her she needed $1200.00 in new tires. That's what I paid for my big truck! So I contacted Milwaukie and got a new quote for $400.00 for a full set. I added my daughter to my account and will never visit the other two stores again. They're both criminal in their charges!”
“Hoagland's Secret Sauce......It's hard to find experienced and well seasoned people these days. Gerber's mcloughlin blvd store in Portland seems to have figured out the secret sauce needed to balance what I need to keep coming back with what the business needs to do well. Managers like Ron Hoagland have this knack for handling difficult situations and turning them into great experiences. My beautiful old Jaguar got some great care and I got to talk with someone who's been there done that. To many people in the business are just putting in their time and collecting a check. Not the case with Gerber on mcloughlin and Ron Hoagland. You can just tell when someone has the experience needed to be a true pro while at the same time keeping my best interests in mind.
