He even buffed out a few paint marks to limit the scope of the repair to fit my budget!”
“I’ve got a 2016 Honda Fit. Todd’s is very transparent with their findings and my car’s maintenance/repair needs. They never try to sell me on anything. No BS ever. I don’t think I’ve ever had as positive of a customer service experience at any other auto shop as I’ve had here. I go here for oil changes, scheduled maintenance and when my vehicle needs troubleshooting or repairs.”

I needed some air in my tire (thought I'd run over a nail), instead of just filling it up, they checked for leaks and tightened the valve stem to solve the problem.”

“Super convenient gas station. They helped me with great service. One of their pump attendants was always so nice to me. Talked to me about this and that and one time he even spotted me $10 for gas because I didn’t have it on me at the moment. I paid him back double for his kindness. Never caught his name unfortunately but the owners probably know who I’m talking about. He should get a raise!”

“The team here is fantastic and friendly. I brought my car in for a clutch replacement and to replace a couple other parts I didn’t have time to do myself. They are up front and explain why each part cost what it cost and work at giving you the best solution for what you need. The mechanic who worked on my car knew what he was doing and called me back to keep me updated on the entire process. “I feel very fortunate to have been able to take my VW here. It had a bad leak from the sunroof and a couple of other issues that needed to be fixed, and they were completely able take care of them. I felt confident they were addressing what was needed and nothing more. The staff seemed straightforward and no nonsense. I did NOT get the feeling they were trying to rush or scare me, which meant a lot to me, because I that has been my experience with other mechanics far too many times. It means a lot to be able to trust a place when it comes to something potentially complex, and for that reason I will continue to take my business here whenever possible.”
