“Clean work. I brought my home-built PC here to get it cleaned up. After pricey upgrades-like a 3090-I thought my inexperience might be the only bottleneck. Boy, was I right! After getting it back, it looks like a whole new rig inside. Airflow's one hundred percent better; they rerouted cables, warned me my power supply wasn't ideal, and gave me a fair price on a new one. Oh, and my GPU wasn't even using the right port on my dual-port board. My computer runs twice as fast now. Sure, I spent what I might've saved building it myself, but I'm glad I came in.”

“I brought my son’s Chromebook in to get two keys fixed. When I picked it up a couple days later, I found out that they not only fixed the keyboard, but they also upgraded his screw for free. I highly recommend them!”

“Stellar service, good communication, and nice people overall! Brought in my PC due to a system error (that I caused and can't resolve myself), and they fixed it with the time they told me they would (even earlier than). Shoutout to Mark for going above and beyond, working on my unit, and taking absolute care of it!”

“Evan took on the painstakingly long task of transferring what he could from my damaged external hard drive to another. I am so thankful to have had someone who is both incredibly patient and helpful! Highly recommend and would go to again for help 110%.”

“I consulted with Josh about a custom PC build on a Monday and had my PC by Friday of the same week. He was upfront and honest about pricing from the first phone call. Throughout the process Josh was incredibly professional, thorough and knowledgeable when discussing my options and was accommodating when a change to the original build plan came up. He also sold me a fantastic open box monitor at a great price. I highly recommend Josh and Computer Renaissance .”

“Using the curbside pick up is a dream. They have four clearly marked spaces out front when you arrive. You notify them in which space you’re in and then they generate a code. That’s unique that you share with the person that comes to your car. You can even select which door of the car you want them to drop the pot of carpet. If you need to make a return walk in and immediately make a left there is typically an employee at the front able to direct you as well seamless we experience highly recommend using the pick up option.”

“I’m way late getting this out, recognizing Tom at the Cascade Station Best Buy earlier this year. Tom took me through a Demo of the Ray-ban Meta Display glasses. Super well trained, patient, took me through all the basic features during our 20min session. Great experience! Thanks Tom!”

“This use to be a real RADICAL community organization, taking e-waste and letting volunteers help dismantle it for recycling in exchange for Linux boxes made from scrap and other great mutual aid platforms OPEN to the community. Now it is just an e-waste recycler that issues a tax coupon. Sad to see good communalism get libbed up like this. 4⭐ because what you do is still good, not 5 because I still remember how good you use to be.”

“Great group of people working there so personable, I enjoy going there, a little messy a little too messy in the front but in the back where they fix stuff it’s more organized, but if they could just get a little more structure to their front, that would be really good, but I give them a five anyway because of four will bring them down and I don’t want to do that.”

“I didn't get the name of the guy who helped us. He had dark hair and a cool tattoo on his left arm. He was super patient with my elderly, vision-impaired, hearing-impaired mom, who wanted earbuds that she could use in place of hearing aids with her phone and tablet. She is delighted with her purchase. These things will help her continue to live independently and enjoy her audiobooks, etc. I am so grateful!”

“I had a great experience at this Apple Store location. The staff were very friendly and polite overall. Additionally, the store itself was quite clean, just like any other Apple Store location. They helped me apply a screen protector, which is certainly awesome if you don’t want any air bubbles or dust on your screen! Overall, I think it is a great place to visit.”
