“Great selection, prices, owners and Ethiopian food! Conveniently located near downtown Milwaukie and the central business area, the new(ish) owners have done a great job with this store. It's organized and clean, with outdoor seating so we could enjoy Ethiopian food (rare find in the area), including injera and sambusas, sitting outside with our dog.”

“During a bike ride my rear tire went flat, so I asked the store if they had any CO2 cartridges as I had just used my last one, but I needed the kind with threads on, no joy, but close. While waiting for my Lyft rescue ride, I met another cyclist who had a pump, which saved my ride.”

“Usually great, fast service. Really appreciate the drive through window. A few times charged more than advertised prices. The surcharge this store charges for using a debit card is not legal, since 2010.
So, charging $.70, up from previous $.35, 2 months ago, is illegal .
Plus side, Employees are always friendly and prompt, even with limited English, store is well stocked and clean, and location is really close, convenient for me.”
“Thankful that they have a drive-thru. I just had surgery and drove right over to get my medication. Got there and the medication wasn't ready which is normal in any pharmacy setting. The tech was very helpful and nice and got started on my medication. Went home until I was notified my medication was ready. The pharmacist was nice and answered our questions. I have never been disappointed in the service I've received there.”

“Man! I was in a bind. Came to Oregon on vacation when I suddenly got a cold. Was on my way back to an Airbnb, mind you, it was already 11. This means everything was closed, but not this place! This mini mart is well stocked and the staff were so sweet. Was able to pick up some over the counter meds enough to get me home tomorrow.”
“It’s not a perfect clean, but with recent updates made to the car wash, they have become one of the best touchless car washes that I can find in the area. A lot of the car washes that use brushes are too aggressive for my older car. It’s a little annoying that the options are out of order.”
“Very nice customer service. I do so greatly appreciate the cute small black plastic bags they use to put my purchases in. Plastic may burn be paper just melts and breaks in the rain and in moving. Thank You King Road Market for your up most kindness. I will return.”

“Nice place. Although. Three times I used credit card and asked for a specific dollar amount of gas. My tank was filled instead of requested amount of gas. Twice the fill up exceeded credit limit on cards.

“Good gas prices Cash Card same price but I'm kind of partial because my grandson works there and he's worked there for 4 years but I drive around a lot to Portland and Oregon City and all surrounding area's and their gas prices are some of the best and the gas doesn't make my car run like s*** like Costco gas does and I have a Costco card and I buy my gas on my Costco card at this gas station”

“The pharmacy employee is a nice, efficient lady with sparkly brooches. She went above and beyond to get me the coupon price on an expensive, non-opioid pain medication for my upcoming surgery. I came in twice trying to catch them when they weren't slammed, but it wasn't to be! She took my phone number and told me she would solve it and contact me when she had it ready.
If it wasn't for her extra effort to contact tech support and get the coupon applied, I would not have been able to afford the medication.
Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy!! 💜”

“So I actually just stopped in to get a pack of smokes, and the wonderful smell of pizza hit me like a brick! The actually sell whole pizzas! For like $5 or something like that! And they are awesome! Also, while I was waiting in line I look around and what do I see? An Aux cord ! My son had me running round town all week looking for one , and TaDa! Smokes, Pizza and an Aux cord! It's like a mini Fred Meyers, but quicker! Can't beat that!”

“Whoever the man is that was working the night shift tonight (from 04.23.22 - 04.24.22) was the most helpful and kind person I’ve ran into in a long time. I am a young girl who was put into a very dangerous situation tonight and this man helped me calm down and get everything figured out so i could get home. If it weren’t for him i would have been alone on the streets at 1am -2:30am. This man deserves an insane amount of recognition, a raise, and whatever else available. He 100% saved my life tonight.”
