“We had a wonderful experience working with ZC Cabinet and Stone in Milwaukie Oregon. Our main contact was Charlie Yang, and he was exceptionally easy to work with and clearly understood what we needed. His back-up person was Jennifer who was also very competent and thorough.
As landlords, we have done many kitchen remodels in Seattle, but this was the first one we have done in Portland. We wanted to find a cabinet shop like our outlet in Seattle, so we compared 3 similar companies in the Portland area. ZC had the best cabinet price as well as overall price. Our whole kitchen with 13 new cabinets, quartz counters, and a new stainless sink & faucet cost a fraction of bids from larger companies and box stores.
The cabinet quality is excellent. They are all wood with soft close hinges on the cabinets and soft close drawers that fully extend. We also decided to install pull-out shelving in the lower cabinets for ease of access. Their pull outs shelves are made from nice quality wood.
Scheduling was easy and convenient. They were able to work to our time schedule easily.
This was such a great experience that I wish I had another kitchen to do in Portland so that I could use them again for everything.”

“I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!”

We purchased both the carpet (from Mark) and installation (installed by Merced) through Lowe’s, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The installation took only a few hours, and the installers brought the new carpet and hauled away the old one. Below are the before-and-after photos. Now that we know how affordable and easy it is to have carpet replaced, we won’t wait so long the next time we need new carpet! Total cost for everything was $710.”
