“They answer their phone right away and answer questions, unlike Lowe’s. They made keys for me in a timely fashion right before closing and were courteous and professional. Every time I’ve visited this store, I’ve had a good experience.”

“We shop here semi-regularly. Today, Brady was extremely helpful with locating an oversized item in the back as well as helping to load into our vehicle. We watched him help several other customers and answer questions while we waited to engage with him. Brady was kind, helpful, and easily answered questions about where items are located in the store.”

“I've been going here for years and always had positive experiences. Tonight, I came in with only 5 minutes remaining and Sean helped me find everything I needed in just a few minutes including a complicated screw and nut situation. I didn't feel rushed, and he handled everything and it was a great experience!”

“Their staff were very helpful and friendly. The merchants that I needed to purchase were stocked on the top shelf. He saw I was having trouble getting them. He came over to help me without any hesitation. I knew it was a very common friendly reaction, but I had unpleasant experience in the past at a supper market. No name provided, sorry. This has lead me to believe that either the management at Lowe's has laid out a clear guidelines for their staff to follow how to work with their customers or this gentleman was raised or trained by his parents to be considerate and passionate. 2 thumbs up.”

“I could not be happier with the results! We had the carpet on our staircase replaced at a very reasonable price. We purchased both the carpet (from Mark) and installation (installed by Merced) through Lowe’s, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The installation took only a few hours, and the installers brought the new carpet and hauled away the old one. Below are the before-and-after photos. Now that we know how affordable and easy it is to have carpet replaced, we won’t wait so long the next time we need new carpet! Total cost for everything was $710.”
