“I got a free fish tank from a friend. So, I did as much research as I could on what I wanted to put in it, then was referred to these guys. I've had nothing but good interactions with the staff. Whom all seem to not just be knowledgeable be enthusiastic about the hobby. Plus, the plants there and at the sister store across the street are amazing. I had gone a few times to the wet spot beforehand. Which had more fish but also a lot more teenagers that couldn't really answer my questions.”
“Cuttle Fish and Corals is a one stop reef aquarists dream. Pete helped me get my tank up and running. He was able to get me up to speed after fifteen years away from the hobby. He and all the crew there are knowledgeable about what can benefit your system. As I brought my system online I had a green hair algae bloom that was out of control. Pete pointed me to the hungriest of critters to help me control the bloom. I always know I'm getting the best answers when I shop here!”

“They have a great selection and the staff are really helpful and sincere. Use they/them pronouns unless they tell you otherwise, so very queer-friendly. They have gotten more expensive than a lot of the other small shops now though. Still glad to have them in the neighborhood and they have a larger backstock of full cases and toys than most small shops, plus they will do special orders. They do case discounts too”

“Great service, smaller selection than some for sure, but they have just what I need and they will put in special orders. Special orders are the only thing they give case discounts on, though they do often give me five and ten dollar discounts after spending a certain amount (never asked).”

(PS- It’s Raleigh Hills everything is expensive)2) Don’t listen to negative reviews because every person I’ve interacted with has been polite and helpful. Even helping me sign up for their rewards program.3) With a new puppy great selection of food and toys that I haven’t seen at other stores.”

“We love Wild Pet Provisions!!!My sweet pup, Monae, and I have been going to Wild Pet Provisions since I adopted her in 2021! When I adopted my pup, she had such a hard time adjusting to the food, and allergens of the Portland area, as she is originally from Mexico.I went to get vet opinions, and we could not find a solution for her tummy. She had a scary pancreatitis flare-up and ended up in the hospital.With that, I knew I needed answers, and was able to to connect with Heather! Heather was able to address Monae's dietary needs, and we came up with a diet that fit Monae's needs. Heather literally saved Monae's life!The Wild Fam is equally amazing - Lindsey, Hoku, and Max are awesome! They made Monae and I feel like part of the wild family. Lindsey gave me frequent tips on how to work with Monae's moods, especially during the first year of Monae's adoption.So much so, if you met Monae her first year, and met her now, she is a completely different pup - confident, happy, and secure.I know for sure the Wild fam differently contributed to her healthy self! “I came in looking for a backpack for a dog I’m watching who is a great hiker. The Mud Bay on NE Killingsworth didn’t have her size for the one on sale, so the manager called the Sellwood location to hold a small and medium for me. Picked both up, and then brought Pearl in to get fitted with one of the two backpacks again at the Killingsworth location. The young male employee was very patient with me and Pearl. I ended up keeping the small as well because I think it might fit a border collie who I also hike with. Got both backpacks at extremely low prices. Happy to have a Mud Bay not only in my Concordia neighborhood, but one that I can easily walk to.”

“What a great spot! My partner and I wanted to let the dogs blow off some steam this afternoon. We found the Good Dog and made an easy reservation. The location was easy to find with other interesting shops nearby. Eric helped us check in and showed us to the space. It's a open, rubber matted space that was clean and well lit. There was shelving that held an assortment of toys for Betty and Shoba to try out. They chased balls and played tug for 30 minutes, tongues were lolling and they drank bunches if water. We bought the toy Betty loved the most, a super bouncy cube with rounded corners. We can't wait to go back with friends!”

“Absolutely beautiful store! It was me and my mother's first time in with our 5mo German Shepherd {Poppy}. The staff were so kind even when Poppy was shy, they offered her some treats which she took! She has never taken treats from strangers before! Now about the store, it was so so so organized and that's coming from someone with OCD. Everything was priced lower than I've seen at Target or Petco. Not to mention the incredible brands they have. The toys were all super high quality and we even got a purple wool ball! Which Poppy just adores. Will definitely be stopping by here again, even just to say hi to the staff!!! Love this store!!!”
“We board our birds here from time to time and they are always so good with them. We have a very feisty rescue macaw who generally hates everyone but she is always super excited and outgoing when she's at bird hut! The team always takes great care of our babies and we are so appreciative ❤️”
“Nature's Pet Market is much smaller than the big chain stores, but that can be a good thing. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats, accessories, and toys. Also, the staff is quite knowledgeable (unlike the folks at the chain stores!).”
