“I was nervous about my fingerprinting appointment because my last experience elsewhere took over an hour and I had no guidance. My experience at Mail House Plus was completely different. The woman at the counter was kind, professional, and helped me get high‑quality prints in about two minutes. I would gladly return.”
“Shout out to Jude for professionalism! Super clean and well organized FedEx. It is super convenient to drop off things for shipment and they print out labels for you and it’s just a good experience. I drive slightly out of my way to go to this location. Isn’t usually busy when I’m in there.”
“Maddison was excellent and so helpful. She was holding down the fort on her own and managed to get my order expediently processed while assisting multiple others.
Great service & help - give Maddison a raise ?”

“I have always received exceptional service and help at this branch of UPS store at Oak St marketplace. A young man named “Will” helped me this time and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the service I needed. I would highly recommend this store.”
