“The click n ship option in the website was not accepting enterprise cards for over a week. I had 59 packages to mail for a fundraising I did for the Alzheimer’s Association. Because I couldn’t use my company card online, I had to go to the post office. I felt awful for one person to process them all, but Bryan did not rush me or made me feel like a pest. He patiently worked through all 59 packages (all with different addresses) in 20 minutes! He warn me that the printer could overwork itself and jam which would cause him to ask me to do the rest on the self service kiosk. Luckily, we made it through with a smile on our faces. I have never had a better experience at a post office!”

“My daughter in law was out of town and one of her customers called and said they had misplaced some of the parts for a job. She asked me if I could go to the shop and put together the missing parts and take them to UPS and overnight them. When I got there at 4:30 Friday night they said I needed to have been there by 3 pm to make an overnight delivery and the soonest that they could get it there was sometime Monday. I left and went to FedEx. By now it was 5:30. The agent told me the same thing that Monday would be the soonest. But then He got to work and tried at least four other options to see if there was any way to get it there the next day. He asked his boss if there was anything he missing. In the end, Monday was the earliest we could get it there. What impressed me the most was the effort put in to satisfy a customer. Your don't often see that in today's world. He wasn't able to get it out before Monday, but it was not for lack of trying. FedEx will be my first stop next time.”

“I've had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences at the Mountain Park Postal Annex. Customers complaining about storage fees for excessive mail apparently didn't read the agreement they signed when they paid for a mailbox, which clearly states limits and fees for how many packages you can receive each month that don't fit in your box. Those who don't like the $1 fee for USPS drop offs can drop their mail in the free USPS box in the parking lot or take larger packages down the street to the post office. To save on the cost of postage, sign up for a free account online with Pirate Ship and print your labels at home. You'll save a lot of money and spend less time in the store.”
