“I thought they were very helpful in upgrading my phone to a new one on my Plan. My Rep was able to consult with a more senior advisor when she had any questions. There were a few minor issues but overall very pleased and they transferred ALL of the data on my phone for me. I think any problems lie with the Xfinity procedures which are incredibly complex and difficult to understand. Plus, there was no wait time compared to my local location which is always 30-45 minutes.”
