“I had a terrible experience with Skye when I went in to the store, but the store manager reached out to me and I feel like my concerns were respected. Changing review from a 1-star (for Skye) to a 4-star for the store manager!”

“Signed up over the phone for internet service. Online ironically was not working well. But the agent on the phone was helpful. Tristan in the store was great getting the router to me. He was still in training but patient and did well. So far, so good with the wifi. Easy installation...if you can connect a TV with coax, you can do this. Don't pay for installation.”
