“Great place to find antiques (not an antique, but we found a replacement iPod doc that's working great!), especially some interesting McCoy's, records, and quite a bit of variety. One ding against it was the lack of wheelchair accessibility in some of the areas - my wife would have loved to explore more of it, but her way was blocked.
What I mean by blocked is a few things. As is common in stores, things get crowded at the aisle ends, so keeping those clear is essential for someone to at least try and investigate the aisle's merchandise. Also, small ramps to get in and out of uneven floored areas is essential. Lastly, keeping aisles/spaces clear, especially enclosed vendor areas, allow everyone the ability to fully explore the areas - even more so for people with mobility limitations.”
“As a best selling author of Nun Better: An AMAZING Love Story Harold and staff treated me extra special. Assisting with providing table clothes, great promotion and help setting up the chairs and display table. The guests were comfortable, the quiet ambiance allowed for 2 book readings and q/a. Open-minded, joyful and wanting to learn about the process of writing and promoting 3 books in 2 years. Thank you Books by the Bay. Hugs, Joanie Lindenmeyer”
