“A couple of weeks ago we called AAA for someone to tow an old scooter my boyfriend and I were restoring. Lando from Crown Towing & Repair arrived quickly. In addition to being friendly and personable, he took great care to make sure the scooter was securely attached to his truck in such a way that it would not tip over and be further damaged. We asked questions which he answered knowledgably.
The tow was from North Porth to outer Southeast and Lando made sure to confirm the delivery address before heading out. We drove separately and he arrived just minutes after we did.
I would highly recommend this young man for future tow jobs due to his responsible care of our property and for his excellent customer service.”

“I bought a 2025 Lexus ES hybrid from Lexus of Portland, and it was a great experience. Their customer service is *good* - proactive and polite without being pushy. They gave me an extra couple of hours to decide what to do when I asked for it, didn't bat an eye. When I had questions (about fees, finances, features, etc) they were quick to research and find out, and to say when they didn't know.
I was interested in a car that was in the shop, that was a bit more expensive. They did what they needed to (on a Sunday) to help me decide. I found a small issue (sales guy said an oil change was done when it wasn't), and they went ahead and did the oil change without changing the price, since it was on them.

Note: they aren't the cheapest option (southern CA Lexus dealerships are cheaper for the same vehicle), and they don't negotiate at all. However, it saved me a few days' driving & work to get the car this way vs going to LA, and that's worth it to me.”

“Earlier this year I was hit and it crushed the front left fender and suspension as well as put deep scratches all down the left side. Alpina replaced everything necessary as well as matched my paint perfectly and blended it seamlessly. They also were super helpful throughout the process, walking me through it and explaining everything. They went above and beyond by even touching up small scratches and buffing the whole car. “We recently had our car egged, which caused significant damage to the paint. Because our vehicle has a matte finish, several body shops in town didn’t want to work on it. Only a few shops in the area are BMW-certified and able to handle Frozen paint repairs, and some of the others warned us that we’d likely be paying out of pocket for anything the insurance wouldn’t cover.
When we called Active, Rich was upfront about their experience with Frozen paint and assured us that we wouldn’t pay anything beyond our deductible. Throughout the process, they did excellent work, communicated clearly, and set proper expectations. They were also proactive about working with the insurance company to get supplemental repairs approved and kept their promise to not push costs back on us. The entire team seems very personable, honest and experienced. The car turned out great.
