“Definitely recommend Cycle Gear in Beaverton, OR. Super nice and helpful owner and employees. Lots of inventory with the exception of women’s gear (very limited selection of pants). Not sure, but guessing that’s more of an industry issue (and very frustrating for female riders). I did find a pair of riding jeans that were just what I was looking for which I was very thankful to be able to try on before purchasing (ordering on line is such a crap shoot…even at the store: tried on two types of very similar RevIt jeans, same size but one I could just barely get into, the other was so big I was swimming in them…again, an industry frustration). “A mechanic friend recommended that we try Marsh Transmission in Tualatin. (We live in Central Oregon).
We had it towed to them and within a short time of looking at our car, they diagnosed the problem. It was a cracked transfer case. Paul sent us a video of the damage. The dealership in Central Oregon has always serviced our AWD vehicle and they were the last to service my transmission. He sent them the video and and worked with the Service Manager to let them know the issue. I wish Marsh could have fixed our issue, however, due to the dealership's insurance rules, it has to be towed back to Central Oregon for repair.
Paul did not charge us for the diagnosis and is working with the
Central Oregon dealership to have the car towed back here.
I now know why our mechanic friend highley recommend Marsh Tranmission to us. He has used them for years and feels they are the best in the valley.
Paul went above and beyond our expectaions in the entire process. We will use them in the future and will definitely recommend them”

I was getting a lot of runaround with the manufacture so I took it to Rack Attack (original installers from 2 years ago) and they took about a half-hour to go through it but fixed it for me! “I recently ordered a Platypus License plate holder from them for my RS3. Unfortunately, it kept setting off my sensors no matter how much I adjusted it.
I sent them an email in regards to what was going on and a gentleman named Tony was willing to help me out. He sent me different variations of the License Plate holder so that I could test them out and see what version would not set off my sensors.
After a bit of tweaking and adjusting, everything worked out without any issues.
They were extremely fast to respond and even faster to help. If I could give this company a 6 star rating, I would. They stand by their product and are willing to make sure you are 200% satisfied.”

“I bought a 2025 Lexus ES hybrid from Lexus of Portland, and it was a great experience. Their customer service is *good* - proactive and polite without being pushy. They gave me an extra couple of hours to decide what to do when I asked for it, didn't bat an eye. When I had questions (about fees, finances, features, etc) they were quick to research and find out, and to say when they didn't know.
I was interested in a car that was in the shop, that was a bit more expensive. They did what they needed to (on a Sunday) to help me decide. I found a small issue (sales guy said an oil change was done when it wasn't), and they went ahead and did the oil change without changing the price, since it was on them.

Note: they aren't the cheapest option (southern CA Lexus dealerships are cheaper for the same vehicle), and they don't negotiate at all. However, it saved me a few days' driving & work to get the car this way vs going to LA, and that's worth it to me.”
