“There isn’t a huge variety of pan dulce, but what they lack in variety, they make up for in quality. The bread looks like great quality, and I can’t wait for my Polish family to try the beautiful, colorful bread. So excited that this place is here, I’d been looking for one whenever we visited my in-laws, and you can also miss this place, because the entrance is tucked away in the driveway of the corner building.”
“Great place for dried Chiles, masa preparada for tamales, so much dulces, juegos, produce … I was so excited to find this place before the holidays!
The dried Chiles come in large clear bags for a good price (don’t over spend on those tiny bags for the same price in traditional grocery’ stores!). When you’re making salsa roja for tamales, pozole, menudo, etc, buy the Chiles here and you’ll find a good selection of guajillo, California, pasilla, negra, etc.”
