“I have brought two vehicles here on three separate occasions for repairs that I was unable to do at home. I do most of the maintenance on my vehicles and rarely visit a mechanic. The service at John's has always been as discussed with transparent and frequent communication regarding the diagnosis and progress of the work. My most recent visit involved a more complicated diagnosis to address a lean mixture code. The mechanic spent the time to check the major systems and the shop staff spent extra time talking with me about the history of the issue and previous repairs all in an effort to properly diagnose the issue. The mechanic identified the issue as a faulty, aftermarket MAF sensor. I doubt many other shops would have gone to this much trouble to properly address the issue before throwing parts at a difficult to address check engine light problem. Last, the shop took the time to pop out a substantial dent in the front bumper cover that I did not ask them to do but was sorely needed. I was thoroughly impressed that they took the initiative to fix an eyesore on the vehicle and did not charge me for the work. Thank you, John's Auto Repair, for your honest service and critical thinking approach to vehicle repair. It may be a bit of a wait to get your car serviced here, but well worth it!”

“I was trying to get home to Seattle and my car started riding rough and I pulled into this O'Reilly's and Cleetus spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose with the check engine light diagnostic test and helped me put in spark plugs, tried an O2 Sensor and a coil pack...it did ease some of the symptoms, enough for me to get home and get it to my mechanic! “After seven years I had a minor repair I needed on my canopy. The line that goes from the control box to the electronic locking mechanism was toast thanks to a puppy riding back there. These guys repaired the matter in about 15 minutes and made it better than new for a super reasonable price! Thank you guys for quickly fixing this so our Christmas presents would be secure traveling for Christmas!”
