“I have stayed at Motel 6's across the country and this one by far exceeds all of them. I love that it's an inside motel so you don't open your door to outside. The rooms are so spacious and feel like little apartments. AC works great, the property itself has a lot of grassy areas to walk my pup and is very well maintained and clean. The people that stay are very normal, kind people. I feel extremely safe here. Finally, the staff is AMAZING. Bear in particular is so welcoming, charming, and always goes above and beyond with helpfulness. I could write a book about how wonderful his customer service is. The majority of the staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful (including housekeeping!). Barry is also great, he seems to genuinely care about his property and the customer experience. Most of the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Some of them have those cheap, flat pillows but that's probably my biggest complaint. I do also wish there was laundry. Overall, I truly feel at home here and always have a pleasant experience.”

“Hilton is my preferred choice for accommodations when traveling due to its consistent quality and reliability. The brand is characterized by its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff. This Hilton Garden Inn represents the brand at a very high level, and the staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food served here is exceptional. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are strong and hot. The pool area adds to the many amenities, and the fitness center is exceptionally well-equipped. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn and look forward to future stays when in the area.”
“Room was nice and so was staff. Definitely a spot for a corporate traveler or family. The traffic from the freeway was louder than I would have preferred, but not a dealbreaker. The mall across the parking lot was convenient. Easy access to freeway.”
“We loved our visit here. We were in town for a wedding and booked our room as it was close to the venue. My daughter swam in the heated pool and had a blast. We had a queen suite with a balcony that had a gorgeous view. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and comfortable and honestly I prefer the older vibe. Our room had everything you could possibly need. The staff was friendly and helpful and had great coffee in the morning. You can tell that they take pride in their business. I will definitely stay here again if I come to the area.”

“One if the cleaner hotels in the area , rooms are well kept , a few bumos on the edges but a nice place. Justin on late night shift was very friendly & helpful. Parking is a bit tight but doable , bfast was standard waffles & eggs . Bed was ok but new matresses would be a nice plus. I'd stay again ?”

Both times, our rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly courteous, ensuring we had restful nights before hitting the road again. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shops and offering easy access to downtown with just a short drive.”

“Friendly staff, great food, You can feel and smell clean but not chemical foofoo spray clean, real actual CLEAN clean! The beds are comfortable, the pillows are perfect, the TV is BIG the pool is warm and the hot tub is hot. It's an excellent place to stay.”
“This Marriott location was great. I brought my mother to Portland for her class reunion and when we checked in at the hotel, we were greeted with friendly and inviting hospitality. My mother was happy to be made to feel so welcomed and enjoyed her stay. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Portland Tigard to anyone passing through Oregon and needs a place to stay. Clean rooms, awesome staff, and right outside of Portland for those seeking a relaxing experience...”
“So far, partiers have been stomping around above me all night and yelling and rolling around in a chair. I am up at 2 am despite taking melotonin because the party is so loud. Wish I had ear plugs. The room is actually pretty nice, and has a small kitchen. Good size too. Front desk guy is chill. Well furnished. Took a bath in a clean tub. The bed is comfortable. Major props to the cleaning person,, they do good. Mostly pleasant, just a little loud.”

“The newly remodeled rooms were fantastic and I thought the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a sofa bed for our son. The quality of the sofa bed was bad and not something that adults could probably sleep on.
My only complaint is that in the morning there was a loud rumbling mechanical noise that was constant and woke me up. I have misophonia and the noise was quite unbearable near our bed. Ear plugs did nothing to stop it. So while I liked the property and location, I'm not sure if I could stay here again.”

“Had a real good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and the bed slept fine after a long day on the road. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I needed extra towels. Only reason I didn’t go full 5 stars is the breakfast could’ve been a bit better, but overall I’d stay here again for sure.”

“We had very good experience. We’ve booked one night stay but we got early to stay in the night but the checkin time was 3 pm we came early by couple hours. The lady at the front desk gave us room to stay early. It was very good experience. She was so nice with us.”
“Good place, good price, pet friendly, the room was clean, the front desk staff was very helpfull, the only weird thing is the vending machines, that shows a 1,25 price, but in your credit card show that charge more, but they give a discount at the end..... dont know why they make so complicated like this.... so, if you buy anything from the vending machine, dont worry, at the end you'l be charged for the right price....”
“Excellent customer service. Rooms are a bit aged but clean. It looked like they were doing some renovating so I assume this will only improve. The location was great for our needs. The pool was frigid but the hot tub was nice. It would be nice to have more snacks, like water, for sale.”

“I just checked in a little bit ago. This hotel is great. The room is nice and has a balcony looking over the river. I wanted to be close to the airport but not next to it. The girls behind the counter were really nice and didnt mind answering my airport commute questions.
The last two hotels I stayed at charged me extra when I asked for a room closest to the parking lot or ground floor. (Prostetic foot)The receptionist here showed me the map and let me pick a room without a extra charge.”
