Three other employees either could not be bothered (one was rude), or figure out how to do it. Then Kaiden came to the rescue. He patiently researched the Ace system to find the right ingredients and proportions, and was cheerful throughout. In the end, I had to go to another store to get it resolved, but after my positive experience with Kaiden, I will be back. He is a star! To the store manager, I suggest you keep an eye on those other fellows. They will benefit from some training and supervision.”

“The Home Depot is my second favorite store behind Costco. A little history... this location was built on top of the old Oregon City Landfill. That's right! They filled it in and covered it. I've always liked this Home Depot... it is less busy then some of the others. There is always parking but lately it's been hard to get help if you need it. They are short employees just like everywhere else unfortunately. Returns are pretty simple here. I love the paint department! You can bring in a chip of paint and they say they can match it pretty close. Nice! In the Summer the garden department is wonderful and such a happy place. I think this one is bigger than most of the other Home Depot's I have been to.”
