“Excellent customer service. I work for a company that has an account here, and yes, sometimes there are wait times and long lines, but the customer service is always top notch. They take their time to do their job correctly, always with a smile on their faces. They get to know their account holders, and always greet you by name. If I lived in the area, I would have my own personal account here as well. Great job!!”

“Do you remember when banks knew their customers by name. Well, Citizens Bank in Springfield still does! While I tend to avoid big banks and go with credit unions... Citizens Bank is the best of both worlds. And I particularly Love banking with Citizens at the Springfield Branch. They have not only been able to take care of all of my banking and financial needs, after a recent medical incident, I received a get well card with personal notes signed by each and every staff member. “Wells Fargo is the best bank ever because of excellent managers like Ashley. People who really make a lasting impression. She is professional, personable, compassionate, and amazingly helpful. My wallet and phone were stolen, but she let me withdraw $50 a day for a few days until my new ID and debit and credit cards arrived. She didn't have to. It was at her discretion, and she chose to help a stranger because I knew much of my account info. I have no family in Eugene, so she really truly helped me. And I'm very thankful. She seemed genuinely personable, and I really appreciated my interactions with her. She definitely deserves a promotion, because it's management like Ashley who make businesses successful. As well as a pleasure for customers. Ashley definitely gets five stars. Great manager! Great Wells Fargo location!”
