Up stairs cardio equipment needs replacement. They also need to add fans up stairs. Sauna needs tile replacement and over all the place just needs maintenance investment. A failure of upper management on display.

There is coaching available if you ask for it it's you have to pay for it but other than that there's instructions on each machine which are pretty good
