Yoga to You PDX is a locally and female-owned mobile yoga studio in Portland, Oregon, that brings yoga to homes, workplaces, events, and retreats in the Pacific Northwest. They also own the Alameda Yoga Studio in NE Portland, a small studio that caters to smaller groups, yoga workshops and trainings, and private events. They are very knowledgeable about how to improve muscle balance, posture, etc. I have learned some tools to help me with reducing back pain that are already very helpful.

What a lovely yoga experience! The class size was small and the instructor was so sweet! It was so easy going and friendly! I can't wait to go again soon.
