They are very knowledgeable about how to improve muscle balance, posture, etc. I have learned some tools to help me with reducing back pain that are already very helpful.

We are a locally and female-owned mobile yoga studio in Portland, Oregon. We bring yoga to homes, workplaces, events, and retreats in the Pacific Northwest. We also own the Alameda Yoga Studio in NE Portland. It is a small studio that caters to smaller groups, yoga workshops and trainings, and private events.
