Reviews about the people at that site adding on charges are real. Went in to add a driver since we picked up the car from PDX earlier than that site was staffed. Pending charges to my credit card are $200 more than quoted by our Costco Travel booking (no addtl fee for addtl driver through Costco).

I've rented twice 1st time my deposit wasn't fully returned I'm waiting on the verdict for my 2nd attempt at renting i was aiming for convenience but noticed there was a hetz closer so who knows if I get screwed again gonna go somewhere else and hopefully I get my receipt this time.
