Great location in downtown Portland. Very straightforward check out check in process. Staff friendly and efficient. He even told me a gas station as I forgot to fill up!

Our agent Mahad was very helpful and gave us information on exactly what to do. Car was exactly what we paid for and runs good. Convenient service and location too.

Booked a car the day before and was told at collection that they didn’t have it but we could make our own way to the airport to collect a similar car. Pretty shocking service and they didn’t seem to care at all
