The Avis location on Columbia Blvd was easy to access unlike the PDX location. Car supplied was exactly as requested, and staff was pleasant and helpful. Yes there are time limitations when this location is open, but at EOD saved a lot of $$ when compared with the airport location. Will use again.

This location bungled my return and then were difficult to work with when I tried to resolve it, which affected my ability to rent from Avis on another trip. Go to the airport location instead.
