Shoutout to Stephen at the PDX counter. He walked us through three different minivans, helped us land on the safest and most up-to-date one for our family trip, and got us on the road fast. We took the Kia Carnival and it was the right call. Five-star service.

My choice of car was excellent. The service is always top notch. The only problem I had was having to connect my Bluetooth every single time I started the car and it was an inconsistent experience.
