BASCO Outlet Store is a good place to check out for appliances on the discount side. It is a warehouse outlet that is clean. Customers find great deals and prices better than expected. The sales team is very friendly, helpful, nice, informative, honest, and upfront. They are quick to help, do research before you arrive, and make the process very smooth from purchase to delivery. The delivery team is also efficient, arriving within the promised window and handling installations like moving appliances into basements with no issue. Many customers are very satisfied all around and highly recommend the store. It is a recommended place to go first before other large retailers, with some customers making their second purchase after many years of enjoying their first appliances.
They were helpful and I was able to get a new dryer and was in and out fast. Would come back.

Basco, is awesome and so is Joe at the outlet store. They worked with me to find the right firdge/freezer column set up at an excellent price and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I got all my parts and that install went okay. This is the forth time I have purchased appliances from them.

Outstanding customer service and I didn't even make a purchase. Tyler was an amazing human just helping a random stranger (me) that had a flat tire in the parking lot. You're truly a gem Tyler and really helped me in a time of need! When I'm in the market for new appliances I'll definitely head your way.
