It baffles me that this is supposed to be THE way to ship stuff. Drivers will just leave a note saying they tried to deliver your package instead of actually delivering it. Of course it's easier to do it this way (you don't even need to carry the package with you to the door), but that's not what you were paid to do.

This facility is the worst. Packages that take 2 days to cross the entire country SIT in this warehouse for 3-5 days waiting to be delivered. And customer service is a bad joke. They must be getting tips from the Amazon facility in Hillsboro. 🥴

Operational hours for the weekend are horribly wrong. They close at 12PM, not 5pm
