However, items can be disorganized and crammed, and the fitting rooms are in bad condition. The staff is noted as super helpful and friendly. Sales happen often, providing decent prices on clearance. A policy note states that online orders cannot be returned to the store.
What you see online is where you need to get it. I saw a pair of shoes and was told not they're not available in store ,how disappointing! If you order and it doesn't fit you can't return them to the store, they have to go back to where they were ordered from..

Standard Macy's, but the selection is pretty small from what I've been used to compared to most Macy's. They had a limited colors/sizes in a few options. However, I still found a few things that I liked. Staff is super helpful. IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

This locations is the second smallest macys I've been in. It has some good clothing companies. Nice selection on pajamas and under clothing. I love the new Silver jeans they are now caring. I also, get my face creams here from Clinique. Friendly helpful staff.
