“I always have a great experience at the Pioneer Courthouse Nordstrom. I love having a location in the central city, and supporting downtown shopping. The experience feels more like a classic department store, which makes for a better overall shopping experience, compared to the Washington Square location. They do a really nice job of keeping the store clean, secure, and safe. Everyone has always been very helpful, friendly, and professional.

“I gave it a 5 because of the excellent service I received. I was shopping for a gift for my mom and needed help with fragrances. The Black woman who assisted me treated me with kindness and respect, without judgment about my appearance, background, or the color of my skin. She was professional, customer-oriented, and even opened the fragrance so I could smell it—I ended up buying it.
Her approach made me feel welcomed and valued, and it encouraged me to purchase more, spending $50 in total. This level of service should be recognized and encouraged, especially compared to another staff member nearby who seemed frustrated. The woman who helped me even apologized to her coworker for taking the time to assist me, which shows her dedication to both customers and her team.
Overall, this positive experience makes me want to continue leaving reviews and shopping at TJ Maxx.”

“I have found a hidden gem!! I didn't know jcpenney had a salon.I have been going to this jcpenney salon at Washington Square mall for several years. Do to my schedule, I have seen a bunch of stylists at their salon Denise, Amvy, Corina,Oliver and Cynthia and as of recent I just seen Christal and Rachel. Every appointment has been amazing and happy with my services . The manager Jenny Mae is very perfessional , always happy and smiling, and runs a very clean salon. A great manager truly shows and reflects on the stylist and how sweet and professional everyone is. The most important is you can be yourself and not be judged. “Stocked with all the stuff you need for grocery runs, quick pick ups, sudden cravings & must-have ingredients you might have forgotten during your weekly grocery trip. The Target brand itself holds up just fine against the name brand items. The Target brand frozen desserts & appetizers along with the ice cream selection is a revelation 5 not found at other retailers. Tiramisu & cannolis are just two of the awesome surprises found in the frozen case, with many other pleasant surprises to be discovered in the most adorable grocery area ever”
“The people who work here are so nice! I thought I'd take advantage of the no sales tax in Oregon, so I took myself shopping since the Nordstrom near me in OC have very snooty sales associates. I wasn't picky, I knew what I wanted, in, out, easy peasy. The associates were very accommodating in helping me get everything and weren't pretentious unlike Chanel across the way. The associates in Chanel looked like they didn't even want to be bothered with me and only one smiled at me because he saw I was actually making some purchases, so that's when I took my patronage over to Gucci. I have a Gucci bag back home that I've loved for years, so I the answer was easy. Love this location!”

“Great shopping experience at Ross Dress for Less. The store was clean and well organized, with a wide selection of clothing, shoes, and home items at really good prices. We were able to find quality items for the whole family without spending a lot, which is always a win.
Checkout was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s one of those places where you can walk in for one thing and leave with several great finds. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for good deals and variety.”

“To be honest, I had no idea what Pendleton was. I just went in because there was a sign that said they were having a sale and I just happened to be walking by so I went inside to check out. The store had a unique aesthetic to it, and the patterns of the clothing and blankets were of the same realm so I could tell that it was the brand's brand. They have both men's and women's clothing, It is on the higher end ($$$) for just one piece. I will say the customer service was quite friendly and nice when I walked in. They said "What brings me in?" and I just said, "Oh, I saw The sale sign outside".”

“What you see online is where you need to get it. I saw a pair of shoes and was told not they're not available in store ,how disappointing! If you order and it doesn't fit you can't return them to the store, they have to go back to where they were ordered from..”

“4-stars for the employees at the checkout. 1 for Dina(manager??). I was being rung up and had alcohol and had to wait for an approval for age(since most of the cashiers are under age....Target.... You have to know this and needs to be addressed) anyways. Both the employee(Raul?) and the employee in the next lane called....several times for pretty much anyone to come up. They both apologized and were nice the whole time. After about 5 minutes Dina came up and immediately chewed out Raul?... ridiculous... the kid was new and did all of the right things they were most likely....somewhat trained to do. Dina was rude. Dismissive of me and treated the whole scene as an inconvenience and then blamed them.. I know it's the season and busy but target... fix this. Raul.... You did great... hang in there and hopefully you will be treated better and get an apology from Dina.”

“This has quickly become my favorite store. Bi-mart reminds me of Walmart in the 90's. This is the only place I buy ammunition now and I have made many firearm purchases, it's always smooth and always competitively priced. Always great service And friendly staff. **UPDATE** as of 2026 the whole bi-mart franchise is still one of if not the best places to buy guns, ammo and work ware. Love all these guys.”
