“My husband and I came in half an hour before closing, self conscious that we were going to make the employees stay late, but they were very polite and helpful and not rushed. They source most (maybe all) of their products in the pnw and after laying on a bunch of mattresses, I can't imagine buying one on line. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant and we ended up ordering our mattress from them within that half an hour. Hey will pick up and recycle your old mattress too! I recently asked to upgrade to a firmer foam, within the 100 day trial...was easy! Two minute call and it was sorted out. We love our bed and Coyuchi linen sheets.
