“We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! Ceasar and Wendy are pretty great as well!”

“Great experience and high quality custom dining table set. We wanted a table that was solid hardwood, and extendable (pretty hard to find that combination nowadays) and were willing to wait a few months for a custom set. They had plenty of options for tables, chairs, woods, finishes etc. Table and chairs are very solid and high quality, much better than anything we saw at big box stores. Overall communication and working with them was smooth, and we are very happy with the set. Definitely recommend”
“Update: my hot tub is still going strong at 17 years old now! All these years and this team (Van mostly) still take great care of me. I’ve ordered parts throughout the years and have never had any issues getting them.
Honestly the best purchase I have ever made! Not only is their customer service top notch but the product itself is top quality. I have not had one problem with my hot tub and I purchased it almost 8 years ago. I buy my chemicals and have replaced the gaskets a couple times and that's it! I have a bad back and this has been the best thing for it. Van and all the guys are always so helpful especially in the beginning when you are learning to adjust your chemicals. If I have a question I can call and they walk me through it over the phone. Love love love my Marquis Spa!”

They have everything from fridges to washers and dryers to sofa lovelseats hideaway bed couches computers xbox's playstations, etc. The best part is that they let you lease it if you can't buy it outright. I've always had the best customer service when coming here too. Always trying to help me out when I need it. Highly recommend getting the aarons club with any purchase because no matter how many agreements you start it covers them all for only $9.99 a Month! Great deal!”
