“I stopped at both stores in the area, initially looking just for a bedframe. The initial gentleman, Joe, we worked with was extremely helpful and made sure I had the right bed frame I needed. Then because he knew I traveled far, and they didn't have the bed frame in stock, he had me purchase it there and sent me over to there sister store where they had it in stock just about a half mile away. I walked in and met Alan, who had my bed frame waiting for me. I also happened to walk past one of the most beautiful mattresses I'd ever seen that also happened to be 47% off at the time and I forgot about my bed frame. I ended up picking up that mattress up, plus the box springs and bed frame to go with it. Alan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Got twine for us, helped us load everything, just made it such an all around good experience. These guys in both stores are just rad, thank you so much!!”

“My girlfriend was in real pain after cuddling the cat too hard l (No I am not kidding) and had been struggling with back pain for a week.We went in for an inversion table but were showed what we actually needed and walked (and the gf hobbled) away happy.Not 6 hours later my girlfriend is walking around and feels SO much better. I was empowered with back rub aids so my backrubs could actually penetrate and do some good, and she had some blue curl thingy that aligned her spine.She then laid down and slept for 14 hours as she had been in too much pain to do otherwise beforehand.If you have read this far you have wasted valuable time you should have spent driving to this business and buying what you need to return to "functional adult" .PS I did the math and compared to the time off she would have needed to take, we walked out with a bargain. Missed work is SUPER expensive.”

Our first purchases with him were over 20 years ago, and when we recognized we needed a couple of recliners for our new home, it was natural to return to Director’s. Scott personally showed us every recliner available on the floor. They were all on sale because unfortunately that company had chosen to cease operations just a few days before. We were thrilled to buy two quality leather recliners with power, each perfectly proportioned for my husband at 6’2” and me at 5’6”. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful.
