About Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette operates retail stores, outlet locations, online shopping sites, and attended donation centers. The organization aims to provide vocational opportunities to people with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. Customers appreciate the wide variety of merchandise available and the well-maintained stores. Many find the prices reasonable, especially during discount days when certain color tags are half off. However, some reviews express disappointment over the store's inventory, noting that items like toys, electronics, and furniture are often heavily picked-over and lack value. While clothing and media selections are generally well-stocked, shoppers seeking unique treasures may find that luck is required to discover high-quality items. There are concerns about the corporate feel of the organization, with some critics arguing that the wages for employees with disabilities do not meet fair standards. Though donations and purchases support free job services and recycling efforts, there is a feeling that not all profits are spent as transparently as they could be. Despite these mixed reviews, many shoppers continue to recommend Goodwill for those who know how to hunt for great deals.
This is my favorite Goodwill of all time. I've never walked out empty-handed and the employees are SO nice. Always. Goodwill corporate needs to stop raising prices, but this location is great. Please don't go here. 😂

Stopped in to this massive Goodwill to find some glass for closed terrariums and left with not only that, but several vintage Japanese teapots, a Frozen snow globe and a pretty cool Dragonball Z ramen set. Goodwill man. Always has more than you need.

No changing rooms since 2020, no mirrors, and pretty awful return policy. When did the prices get this high? Pretty fantastic book selection though.
