About Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette operates retail stores, outlet locations, online shopping sites, and attended donation centers. Its mission is to provide vocational opportunities through the funding from donations and purchases. The store is described as very clean and well organized with plenty of gems in the stacks, including many beautiful housewares and great clothing. Shoppers note a wide array of items, though the selection can be hit and miss and not necessarily what one is looking for. Specific sections, like cookware, are sometimes seen as sorely lacking and priced poorly. However, sales like green tag days offer significant savings on items like boots. The parking lot is noted as tight and a nightmare, with recommendations to park around the corner. The purpose of the store is highlighted as a place to find needed items at good value, rather than for casual buying. Some donation experiences have been confusing, with donors feeling treated as an inconvenience during drop-off, though this may be a one-off issue. A common request from customers is for later operating hours, as the current early closing time can be difficult for those who cannot arrive before 5 or 6 PM, with a wish for closure at 7 PM instead. The neighborhood is also noted as not the greatest. Despite some negative comments, many find it a great Goodwill.
What an amazing little store! So bright and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Got some cute things for my toddler! There were so many gems, but I was in for just a quick stop. Definitely recommend!

I try to stop here but I'm not able to make it before 5 or 6 , i wish they closed it an hour or so later. Neighborhoods not the greatest so that would explain that. Oh please oh please some days would be great if they closed at 7 it's only 1 more hour!?!?!?
