Hotel deLuxe is a lovely, old but comfortable hotel with awesome vibes. The decor is tasteful, old Hollywood, extremely welcoming, and very well appointed. The unique little rooms are cute and cozy, clean though aging, with awesomely comfortable beds, beautiful fixtures, and comfortable furnishings. Some rooms are large with extremely large walk-in closets.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, with the whole place being thoroughly enjoyable. The Driftwood Lounge is a nice break, and Gracie's restaurant in the lobby is delightful, serving delicious food and drinks. The hotel is a gem, close to everything including public transit.
Some noted that the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy but not too bad, and checking in and parking can be a bit of a process. While the hotel does not provide room service, the experience is great for the price. It is a hotel that people love and can't wait to visit again.
The staff really go the extra mile. Would definitely stay here again and every time I come to Portland. The city is very walkable from here, nw 23rd a quick boop to the waterfront.

Cool hotel!! Roaring 20's style...a bit outdated but still gives that era vibe! Lounge was speakeasy style... very dark. Restaurant was very nice! Excellent food, had brunch there before walking to the Saturday Market.

Clean retro vibe hotel with nice rooms. Front desk help was exceptional very friendly informative and accommodating.
