I paid my mechanic to secure the splash skirt under my Audi, but it dropped and was dragging today. I was close to K&M, popped in and they had me out the door in 20 minutes with it freshly replaced, better than my mechanic had done and didn't even charge me!

I couldn't get my car to start and had it towed to K & M. Everything looked like it was functioning properly, so they suggested that it may actually be my key that isn't working.
I tried my spare key, and they were right! They recommended a locksmith up the road and didn't charge me for the service.
