I think your experience with Prism depends heavily on what type of care you are seeking.My review will be for general medicine. I chose Prism because they took my health insurance and I wanted to support my community.I will edit once I can finally sever my relationship.

This is easily the best primary care practice I have ever had a relationship with. Their communication is excellent, and they have extremely good practices around consent, communicating costs, harm reduction, and nonjudgemental support. I feel seen and well cared for by each and every person I interact with who works here!
