I looked at a number of furniture brands online, but being able to go into a showroom and see the pieces in-person at R & B made the difference for me. Great quality, pieces feel both modern and classic at the same time, which I appreciate. Logan was super helpful in the showroom!

Great customer service - I ordered a piece of furniture that was damaged when it arrived. The delivery crew actually saw the issue and said they’d replace it as soon as possible. They followed through.
