Target is generally regarded as a clean and well-stocked store, conveniently located near other shopping options. Customers appreciate the variety of items available without breaking the bank. Many enjoy the added benefit of tax-free shopping, particularly those traveling from nearby areas. The small in-store Starbucks is a popular feature, offering great drinks and friendly service, especially for children. However, some customers express frustration with the increasing number of personal care items being locked up, leading to longer wait times for assistance, which can make quick shopping trips difficult. Staff members are noted to be accommodating, but the overall understaffing issue is a concern, with average wait times of around 10 minutes. This has led some customers to reconsider their loyalty to the store. While the store is tidy, some shoppers have found it challenging to locate specific items, with inventory shortages being a recurring issue. Although the self-checkout option is appreciated, customers note that finding assistance when needed can be a hassle. The vast parking lot offers convenience, and the proximity to other stores like TJMAXX and Home Goods is a plus. Overall, Target remains a favored shopping destination despite some operational challenges.
Bathrooms closed, long checkout lines, slow response to locked up items. Wish it were better.
Months later. Somehow worse.

Generally clean and well-stocked store, and near other stores that I shop so I can consolidate my shopping trip. Many personal care items are locked up now so you have to page an employee to open the cases but they have been fairly quick and accommodating when I've needed something.

Service that is above and beyond— Elise, Rafael, both were incredibly helpful.
