“Ron is an absolute gem of a guy! I took my Paradigm Ultracube to him because the passive radiators were rotting, and he had it fixed perfectly the very next day.
I had checked with several dealers around Seattle, and they all wanted me to replace the units for nearly $900. I decided to drive over and have Ron take a look instead, and I’m so glad I did. The repair is absolutely perfect — it looks and works like nothing ever happened.
I was supposed to pick it up on Monday, but I didn’t realize it was Labor Day and the store was closed. Since I was already on my way back to Seattle and didn’t want to make the drive again, Ron actually came in and opened the store just to hand the woofer back to me. And to top it off, he didn’t even want to charge me for the service.
You don’t come across people like Ron very often. Honest, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. If you have audio equipment that needs repair, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him. Fantastic work and an even better human being!”

The project manager and the installation crew were all professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The equipment installed was properly specified for our home and our stated needs, is all high quality, and all works exactly as advertised.
