“Using the curbside pick up is a dream. They have four clearly marked spaces out front when you arrive. You notify them in which space you’re in and then they generate a code. That’s unique that you share with the person that comes to your car. You can even select which door of the car you want them to drop the pot of carpet. If you need to make a return walk in and immediately make a left there is typically an employee at the front able to direct you as well seamless we experience highly recommend using the pick up option.”

I picked the wrong size appliance and through the whole process of dealing with the staff I was treated with the utmost grace and professionalism. I was granted permission to return the product even after scratching it up a bit in transit. But the evening before the scheduled pick-up a neighbor walking her dog stopped to chat. I felt obliged to tell her why there was a refrigerator on my front stoop and she asked if she could buy it from me. OF COURSE!
