“I inadvertently hit a massive pothole in Milwaukee, OR destroying my R front tire and severely bending the rim of my BMW 850. AAA towed me to Liberty Tire & Glass which fortunately was very close by. Being from out of town I was not familiar with this shop nor used them before. They found a replacement tire at a warehouse on the Portland waterfront and had it expedited to the shop for me in a couple of hours. While they were not equipped to straighten the rim, they did determine that while damaged it would hold air and installed the replacement tire for me so that I could drive the car back to my home in Bend, OR that same day. The responsiveness to my predicament by these people was nothing short of amazing, and they had me on my way in a matter of a few hours. They even loaned me a car to run an errand and get lunch while my car was being repaired! This sort of customer service is almost unheard of, and in particular for someone who was not a former customer and they of course had never met before. I can't recommend this business more highly after my experience with them - just wonderful people.”

“We needed new tires for our Ram 3500 before my husband heads into the Frank Church wilderness on a hunting trip. He had his heart set on BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3, and our cousin recommended Lovely Tires due to his multiple past experiences with them. When we called we were told they'd pick them up the next day, and we could have them installed the morning after. The price was very fair, and we are so happy with the tires. Bring on the Idaho wilderness!”
“Had previously had good work done at a fair price. Came back with a motor mount replacement and an oil change. Motor mount was repaired, kinda pricey I thought but it was done. The oil change was not done however. Luckily I had checked it. Brought it back in the next day and they are changing it and refunded the cost. Appreciate them owning it and doing the right thing. I’ll be back when needed.”

Last week, I brought a Honda CRV to them for inspection before purchasing it. The car passed inspection fine with some reasonable work suggested:
Oil change, tire rotation, etc ... We had those done too.

“The service and team here are amazing!!! They all work hard and get you what you need! Their usual flat tire repair is under 30 min usually like 15 or 20 minutes if they are not super busy. They sell new tires and used. The flat repair is i think like $20 to $30 dollars, but you are in and out of there. Les Schwab you are usually there 1 to 2 hours.
I just bought 2 tires for my Toyota Sienna AWD Van from here. Total cost for new tires and install $250.00. Les Schwab wanted almost 700 dollars. Big difference.

My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”
