After having their toyota expert test and investigate my issue, they were able to resolve my car issue with cleaning my EGR valve. Problem solved. Work they did was poor, and caused additional damages to calipers plus burning smell, grinding sounds...made me to regret my decision and to come back to Tigatd Auto Services! “I've been a member over 2 decades and traveled across America, had a hand full experience with costco tire service. By far this was the best experience, must go see KEVIN. He is very experience, professional, knowledgeable, approachable, shows enthusiasm and brings great sense of positive energy. He educated me a few things about the tires and how to mantain them ( no average guy). The team all stepped in and helped with my long on going issue with the tires not feeling balanced from highway driving/ sound and unstability. Kevin and team quickly identified the issues. I had installed these tires purchased from costco years ago at a different location in Boston, afyer a few attempts to resolved the issue from Boston (where it was purchased) they claimed to have fixed the issues but not entirely. At No cost this location in Oregon, even after my warranty expired, they came to the rescue and did not judge me. Very happy with service. I can tell by observation while I waited outside, the team was very organized and had a positive effort moral. Thank you Kevin and team at Costco.”
