These folks have always handled my banking very well for nearly ten years. Bummed at the loss of the Fremont branch but we carry on.

I went for a form to be notarized. (we have been banking with them for over 15 years). However the notary public refused to notarize it, even though they had notarized the same form many times before, because of an ill-interpreted technicality. So I had to go to UPS; they had (of course) no problem notarizing it.
