if you are planning on calling don't you have to talk to an AI before you get a second phone number to call while is supposed to connect to a real person. after you call the second phone they give you an amount of time to be on hold and don't honor the time you can avoid this by requesting a call back but it's not reliable

Times are wrong and I submitted an hours change request to google whoch was ignored. See photos, mon-fri 7-5:30 and Sat 8-3pm
